☀️ Wake-Up Flow
Sharing my current morning routine since the start of 2025. I typically wake up naturally around 6:30 AM and start my day with a moment of gratitude, thinking about how lucky I am to have the best day today. Then I start by turning off airplane mode on my phone (I keep it on overnight) inside a Faraday bag to reduce EMF exposure and support deeper, uninterrupted sleep. Even though airplane mode disables most wireless functions, phones may still emit signals if "Location Services" or background apps are active. That’s why I store it in a Faraday bag: this blocks all electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) from reaching or leaving the device, creating a truly silent digital environment while I sleep.
Then I take out my retainers and immediately tongue scrape using a tongue scraper. This removes bad breath, helps with digestion, and removes overnight toxins.
Next, I oil pull 5-10 minutes while I move around or prep other parts of my routine. This helps with oral microbiome balance.
💧 Hydration + Mineral Replenishment
After oil pulling, I drink water right away. We lose roughly 0.5-1 liters of water while we sleep, so rehydration is critical! My water is alkaline and structured using the Mayu Structured Water system. I add to my water:

Then I mix about half a cup of water and a scoop of pure HMO prebiotic powder: this is for gut health and immune support.
For fun and flavor, I also take a spoonful (1 tbsp) of Chocolate Coconut Cult. Honestly, I’m not sure if it has a measurable impact, but it feels like a little treat that curbs cravings and adds a moment of excitement to my morning- and that’s worth something!
Hacked Breakfast
My breakfast is keto-based: high fat, with quality protein.
I usually cook in ghee, and often include grass-fed beef and avocado.
My coffee routine is sacred:
